Wow... As a Francophone, I know what it is to have an accent. But hers? Really too thick and she cannot even make one sentence without making big mistakes. Seriously, she HAVE TO take English lessons.
I applaud her 100% for making the effort - I'm anglophone, learned French from my grandparents (both sides are from France and Belgium) and I speak both languages very well. I would give her a big hug for making the effort - she needs accent reduction, sure, and it is not so very fluent, but I still applaud her.
